On your Canvas page you want to add the content to, click on "Import Existing Content"
On the next page, you have a drop-down option for Content Type; choose "Copy a Canvas Course". You can type in the name of the course, and then choose to copy "All Content" or to specify your specific content you wish to copy.
When ready, click "import". This process may take a few moments
